Provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project. Explain plans execution and contract terms to project team, subcontractor, and conduct to facilitate meetings with clients representative, consultant; this include submission of progress reports to superior forecast any deviation in project budget, monitor project schedule plans and critical; manage to forecast change/variation orders and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within the required quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant Major/ Grad
- 15-20 years of relevant experience, 3 of which in project management
- PMP Certified or equivalent is a plus
- FIDIC & LEED experience is an asset
